Based on the insights from previous cross-cluster projects of the Clusters Forestry and Wood, New Materials and Chemistry, innovative and high-value application fields of wood-based bioeconomy in Bavaria were jointly identified. In addition to a comprehensive database of key players and stakeholders, a technology roadmap was created allowing the targeted networking of companies, scientific institutions and raw material suppliers. Besides joint initiatives, follow-up projects and new value chains could be realized.
