On February 19, 2025, the opening event of the CREATE Innovation Cluster took place in Würzburg. At the kick-off meeting hosted by SKZ – The Plastics Center, project partners gathered to define the first milestones and strategic direction of the network.

CREATE aims to integrate renewable raw materials into plastics value chains and to overcome existing barriers to the use of biobased plastics and composites. By fostering collaboration, knowledge transfer, and innovative technologies, CREATE supports the development of sustainable solutions for the plastics industry, helping companies actively participate in the transition.
During the three-year project duration, CREATE will provide networking events, expert forums, and digital platforms to offer companies practical support and opportunities for participation.

Companies from the plastics industry are invited to join the CREATE network! In the coming months, exciting formats and opportunities will be introduced to facilitate access to biobased raw materials and support companies in their sustainable transformation.
